Application Instructions

1. Curing conditions: 200 ℃/10 minutes or 180 ℃/10 minutes; To ensure uniform curing of the coating, it is best to have a uniform temperature distribution in the baking oven; And control the curing temperature and time reasonably according to the condition of the workpiece.
2. Pretreatment:  45% to 55%. retreatment: Workpieces must undergo pretreatment before spraying. Aluminium alloys should comply with the requirements of Chapter 4 surface pretreatment in GB/T8013.3, and steel and its alloys should comply with the requirements of Standard 1S012944-4. 
3. Workpiece hangin: When hanging workpieces, hang them reasonably according to the shape and thickness of the workpieces to increase the powder coating rate and yield; Also pay attention to keeping the spraying system and the surrounding environment clean to prevent different brands of powder coatings from mixing in and affecting the surface effect of the coating film.
4. Powder coating：Select reasonable process parameters. The environment for powder coating should preferably have a temperature and humidity control sys tem. The optimal temperature for powder coating is 15-25 ° C, and the relative air humidity in the powder coating chamber should preferably be 45% to 55%.
5. The coating thickness should be 50μm or more. If anticorrosion effect is required, the film thickness should be appropriately increased and uniformity should be controlled, otherwise it will affect the performance and appearance of the coating film.
6. During the formation of the coating, the color is slightly affected by process conditions such as temperature and thickness. It is recommended that users conduct tests before application to achieve satisfactory results. 

Notes: The accelerated aging time and test results of bright color coatings such as black, yellow, and orange shall be agreed upon by both the supplier and the buyer and specified in the contract.

Product packaging and storage

Powder coatings are packed in hard cartons and lined with plastic bags, with net weight of 25KG and 20KG per carton. They should be stored in an environment with a temperature below 25 ° C and kept in a well-ventilated and dry storage environment
Dry and keep away from direct sunlight on the powder. The place where the powder is stored should not be close to fire sources and should be kept away from heat source
