Application Instructions

   In the case of Jinma brand spray gun, the spraying voltage should not be too high or too low, the voltage should be controlled at 60-80KV, the gun distance should be 20-25CM, and the atomization effect of the spray gun should be uniform; Also, pay attention to the uniform movement of the spray gun;
   If spraying more complex workpieces, it is recommended to use a circular nozzle; If spraying is required
   If the product is of a relatively regular and uniform shape, it is recommended to use a flat nozzle;
   When using recycled powder, pay attention to the new and old powders and mix them in a ratio of 3:1 or 4:1. Do not use recycled powder alone for spraying.
2. Precautions for electrostatic spraying horizontal line and vertical line automatic spraying method:
   When spraying the horizontal line automatically, it is necessary to control the hanging density of the workpiece to be appropriate and regular, and avoid the hanging density being too sparse;
   The voltage of the spray gun is 60-80KV, the gun distance is 25-30CM, and a flat nozzle is recommended;
   Note on the use of recycled powder: To ensure a stable ratio of new powder to recycled powder, it is necessary to ensure that new powder is added in time when the total amount of powder in the fluidic bucket is less than 1/3. Also, according to the actual situation of spraying, calculate the time of adding new powder, for example, calculate the time interval of adding new powder as 8 minutes /10 minutes /12 minutes, and select according to the actual test situation.
3. Control of spray film thickness: The thickness of the sprayed coating should be determined according to the data in the product manual: Generally, it is recommended to control the film thickness by 60-90 microns.

Product packaging and storage

Powder coatings are packed in hard cartons and lined with plastic bags, with net weight of 25KG and 20KG per carton. They should be stored in an environment with a temperature below 25 ° C and kept in a well-ventilated and dry storage environment
Dry and keep away from direct sunlight on the powder. The place where the powder is stored should not be close to fire sources and should be kept away from heat source
